Overview

Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) conducts over 150,000 annual inspection visits to food and agriculture establishments across the Emirates as part of its ongoing effort to safeguard food security and safety.

Working with ADAFSA, Mental has developed a fully immersive Inspector Training program that trains inspectors to identify food safety violations related to Pest Control, Hot Food and Safe Thawing, and to accurately document & log their inspections.
